Lifetime Warranty
Huntwood cabinets are built-to-order and built to last a lifetime. And we back this up with one of the industry’s most comprehensive Lifetime Limited Warranties. Now you can rest assured, knowing that your dream kitchen is here to stay.
Keep Home Climate Controlled
Try to keep your home climate controlled at all times, excess humidity or aridity can cause the solid wood in your cabinets to shrink or grow, potentially causing cracking or warping.
While Huntwood cabinetry is built to last a lifetime, there are a few steps you can take to ensure the lasting beauty of the fine woodwork. Clean the cabinets as needed with a lint free cloth dampened with mild detergent or soap and water. Dry immediately with a lint-free cloth.
Wipe up spills, spatters and water marks as they occur, keeping cabinet surfaces dry. Never use using scouring pads or powdered cleansers. These will scratch and penetrate the surface, allowing food or moisture to enter and cause deterioration of the finish.
Use an emulsion non-solvent cleaner designed for kitchen cabinets on all finished wood surfaces as needed. To help preserve finished wood surfaces, use only a silicone-free polish such as Guardsman’s Clean & Polish for Wood Furniture.
Lasting Touch

Huntwood’s exclusive 12-step finishing process is the toughest and longest lasting in the cabinet industry. Hand wiped stain assures consistency and quality. Product goes through 4 coats of sealer and 4 oven chambers to provide maximum cure of the finish.
Our sealer and top coat feature 33% higher solids than the industry standard, providing the ultimate in durability. A catalyst in the sealer is activated in the oven chambers, creating a better cure & harder surface.
Our finishing process won the SCAPCA Clean Air Award for its ultra low VOC emissions. Excess materials from paint process are recycled with 80% reused in future applications.

Enviromental Stewardship

Huntwood’s 567,000 sq. ft. manufacturing plant in Liberty Lake, WA is the most advanced cabinet manufacturing facility in the world. Energy saving features were engineered into heating, cooling and lighting systems. The plant utilizes the best of today’s worldwide technology (robotics, high-precision machinery, material processing) along with time- honored woodworking techniques.
Our award winning finishing system is not only safer for the environment, it dramatically reduces the amount of “out gassing” normally associated with new cabinetry. This process won the SCAPCA Clean Air Award for its ultra-low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) emissions. Excess materials are recycled with 80% reused in future applications.
The waste produced from the milling of wood is converted to sawdust which is sold to paper mills, who use it to generate power for their operations. Our careful management of waste product significantly reduces contribution to landfills.
Exterior components are produced using materials selectively harvested from forests managed by companies committed to well-managed resources. And this is only part of Huntwood’s commitment to sustainable resources.
The primary materials used in the manufacture of Huntwood’s cabinets are engineered to have minimal impact upon the environment. We use only non-urea added formaldehyde plywood and particleboard because it is better for the planet and better for the air quality inside your home.
